Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vitinho de Almeida took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Enio Brodel notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ronca SS's Júnior Sá. Júnior Sá was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 6 minutes into the match, Estocado SC's Abelardo Cabral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Júnior Sá narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Gilson Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ronca SS getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Dedê Freire hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Estocado SC defense, Dedê Schmidt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nestor Coelho. The Estocado SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nestor Coelho should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Ronca SS's zone, Alfredão Paraibano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júnior Sá came out of the goal and Alfredão Paraibano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luís Guilherme Esteves might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Júnior Sá. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luís Guilherme Esteves ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute, Luís Guilherme Esteves fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of Ronca SS booed when Estocado SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredão Paraibano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Carlos Mazza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nestor Coelho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dedê Schmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Nestor Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd match minute, Ronca SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dedê Freire to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júnior Sá having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abelardo Cabral made a kick off. Júnior Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Cabral in the 53rd minute of play. Luís Guilherme Esteves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronca SS's Júnior Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Cabral in the 57th minute of play. Dedê Schmidt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Nestor Coelho made a huge save. Nestor Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitinho de Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Estocado SC's Nestor Coelho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Estocado SC from getting a goal against them. Vitinho de Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Coelho having to interfere. Nestor Coelho made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Dedê Schmidt sent off a good shot on target. Luís Guilherme Esteves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Estocado SC's Abelardo Cabral got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dagoberto Moura hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Ronca SS's Vitinho de Almeida got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitinho de Almeida in the 87th minute of play forced Estocado SC's goalkeeper Nestor Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nestor Coelho made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Dedê Schmidt sent off a good shot on target. Dedê Schmidts short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Nestor Coelho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
