César Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeferson Reis struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. César Gomes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorizon. Natã Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Dorizon's Bernardinho Eger got control of the ball when Breno de Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dorizon's Bernardinho Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natã Leme in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Palmas SC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Reis came free, but César Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denílson Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Bernardinho Eger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natã Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Bernardinho Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno de Almeida in the 77th minute of the match. Denílson Vidal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute, Diogo Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute Breno de Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardinho Eger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Palmas SC's goalkeeper César Gomes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Denílson Vidal was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Dorizon's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Breno de Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardinho Eger having to interfere.
