Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dedé Paraibano got the match started through his kick off. Dedé Paraibano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júlio Almeida read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Denílson Galvão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the game, one of Quaresma:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Quaresma:s Guto Correia showed great skill when he stopped Christian Machado:s penalty. After 10 played minutes Aleluia SC got a freekick which was hit by Denílson Galvão. Guto Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elano Quintal in the 12th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Augusto Negri got free with Júlio Almeida in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Dedé Paraibano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Dedé Paraibano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Aleluia SC's Elano Quintal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guto Correia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Quaresma defense, Sabino Schmidt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guto Correia. The Quaresma fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guto Correia should have stopped the shot. Quaresma's Dedé Paraibano got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Aleluia SC's zone, Pedro Augusto Negri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júlio Almeida came out of the goal and Pedro Augusto Negri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quaresma's Guto Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabino Schmidt in the 36th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Ronaldão Tasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sabino Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute Sabino Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guto Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Guto Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabino Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Aleluia SC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Denílson Galvão hit a great ball. Elano Quintal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Guto Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Ronaldão Tasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Denílson Galvão fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aleluia SC's protests and gave Denílson Galvão a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Quaresma booed when Aleluia SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denílson Galvão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elano Quintal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guto Correia having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Dedé Paraibano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Almeida was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.
