In the 5th minute, Romário Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belchior Toledo made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 9thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Tiago Cerezo would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After having played for 11 minutes, Sílvio Terra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Croa SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sílvio Terra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Acudina's Germano Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredinho de Toledo in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredinho de Toledo in the 18th minute of play forced Acudina's goalkeeper Germano Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Acudina's goalkeeper Germano Souza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Acudina's zone, Alfredinho de Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Germano Souza came out of the goal and Alfredinho de Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Acudina getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jairo do Vale hit a great ball. Acudina's Alfredo Cavalcante got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Sílvio Terra came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Croa SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Terra couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Alfredo Cavalcante made the kick off in the second half. Manoel Botelho kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Benedito Nogueira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tiago Cerezo. Croa SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alfredinho de Toledo struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Germano Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Croa SC. Germano Souza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredinho de Toledo's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Sílvio Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano Souza having to interfere. Germano Souza made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Sílvio Terra sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes into the match, Croa SC's goal looked a bit too open when Belchior Toledo came free, but Tiago Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sílvio Terra in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Germano Souza, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tiago Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Cavalcante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84thth minute of the game Alfredinho de Toledo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Acudina's Germano Souza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Belchior Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acudina's supporters rose to their feet, but Belchior Toledo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Cerezo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Belchior Toledo in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiago Cerezo saved Croa SC from getting behind. After having played for 93 minutes, Andrézinho Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Croa SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrézinho Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Croa SC's Alfredinho de Toledo in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Acudina's goalie prevented a goal. Alfredinho de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano Souza having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Croa SC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
