Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Osmar Sena started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 8 minutes, Rafa Favoretto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tabaiana EC and the Pintos players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pintos booed when Tabaiana EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafa Favoretto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armandinho Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. João Vítor Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafa Favoretto kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Ronaldo Fontes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for João Vítor Queirós. Tabaiana EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Tabaiana EC's João Vítor Queirós got control of the ball when Armandinho Alcântara tried to sneak it across the goal line. João Vítor Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Neves in the 24th minute of the match. When Osmar Sena came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Tabaiana EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osmar Sena couldn't finish the play. After having played for 29 minutes, Osmar Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tabaiana EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osmar Sena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Perivaldo Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Tabaiana EC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Eliézer da Mata hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hugo Neves was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Pintos got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldo Fontes. João Vítor Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armandinho Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olavo Trancoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafa Favoretto in the 61st minute of play. Hugo Neves took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Vítor Queirós. João Vítor Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Pintos getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Flavinho do Vale hit a great ball. Perivaldo Leite didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-1 via right post in the game's 70th minute. Tabaiana EC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Osmar Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Perivaldo Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Trancoso having to interfere. Hugo Neves scored 2-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Vítor Queirós, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Armandinho Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. João Vítor Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Neves in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Vítor Queirós saved Tabaiana EC from getting behind. Osmar Sena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olavo Trancoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Olavo Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osmar Sena in the 96th minute of the match. Many of Tabaiana EC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Tabaiana EC may have spent more time on the ball, but Pintos were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
