Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Albertino Perez got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the game, Lacos's Paulo Tinoco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Motta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Paulo Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilson Recife sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th match minute, Lacos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilson Recife to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, Lacos's goal looked a bit too open when Albertino Perez came free, but Ciro Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Tinoco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Marco Motta made a huge save. Gilson Recife received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Marco Motta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gilson Recife made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Correntezas's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Tinoco came free, but Marco Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albertino Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Esteves having to interfere. In the 63rd match minute, Lacos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edu de Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th match minute, Correntezas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertino Perez to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Paulo Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lacos's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Tinoco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Motta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 72 minutes into the game, Marco Pereira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lacos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Correntezas the free kick. A hard shot 74 in the game by Orlando Vieira from a close distance when the talented Ciro Esteves managed to make a qualified save. Lacos's players were relieved. Marco Motta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilson Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Motta having to interfere. Edu de Medeiros hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Albertino Perez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marco Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilson Recife in the 94th minute of the match.
