Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Flavinho Quirino got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Juliapolis EC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Adelino Vergílio hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Silvério Tavares got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 5th minute, Ulisses Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilton Dante made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Silvério Tavares sent off a good shot on target. 9 minutes into the game, Conrado Prestes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilton Dante. Conrado Prestes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With a little luck, Juliapolis EC's Wilton Dante got control of the ball when Silvério Tavares tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavinho Quirino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavinho Quirino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Giovani Medeiros having to make a save. If Carlos Augusto Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 24 minutes into the match, Juliapolis EC's Flavinho Quirino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Giovani Medeiros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Flavinho Quirino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Giovani Medeiros having to make a save. Flavinho Quirino scored 1-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giovani Medeiros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Quirino players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Juliapolis EC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conrado Prestes to make the kick off. A collision led to Juliapolis EC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Hélder da Fonseca hit a great ball. Giovani Medeiros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavinho Quirino's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. With a little luck, Quirino's Giovani Medeiros got control of the ball when Carlos Augusto Luz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlos Augusto Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovani Medeiros having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Quirino got a freekick which was hit by Edvaldo Albuquerque. Carlos Augusto Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Quirino's goal looked a bit too open when Flavinho Quirino came free, but Giovani Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elias Sá during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th match minute, Quirino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Sá to maneuver through the defense. Quirino's Giovani Medeiros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Quirino from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Juliapolis EC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Ulisses Neiva hit a great ball. Juliapolis EC's Carlos Augusto Luz got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Giovani Medeiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavinho Quirino in the 89th minute of play. Amílton Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amílton Arce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 91 played minutes Quirino got a freekick which was hit by Amílton Arce. The Juliapolis EC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
