Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pedro Luís Figueiredo took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Estefania's zone, Wágner Borges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldinho do Nascimento came out of the goal and Wágner Borges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th minute, Richard Linhares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Patricio FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Osvaldinho do Nascimento came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Patricio FC's Richard Linhares. But to his dismay, Richard Linhares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Richard Linhares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldinho do Nascimento having to interfere. Estefania's Betão Faria got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Estefania's Osvaldinho do Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Secco in the 25th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Osmar Catarinense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estefania's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Patricio FC the free kick. Betão Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexsandro Moura having to interfere. Pedro Luís Figueiredo struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Alexsandro Moura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estefania. Betão Farias short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Alexsandro Moura to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Haroldo Fontes's late challenge caught a Estefania's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haroldo Fontes helped the player get up and apologised. Haroldo Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Alexsandro Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luís Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After having played for 44 minutes, Pedro Luís Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estefania's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Luís Figueiredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

With an all-out effort, Patricio FC's Osvaldinho do Nascimento threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Richard Linhares, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 59th minute Betão Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexsandro Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexsandro Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmir Branco in the 63rd minute of the match. Richard Linhares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldinho do Nascimento having to interfere. Osvaldinho do Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Linhares in the 75th minute of the match. Luiz Fernando Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dino Secco got free with Osvaldinho do Nascimento in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Osvaldinho do Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Linhares in the 80th minute of the match. When Osmar Catarinense was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. Osmar Catarinense hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After 84 minutes, Pedro Luís Figueiredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estefania and the Patricio FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Estefania's Pedro Luís Figueiredo got a free kick in the 85th minute. When Patricio FC's Dino Secco, in the 86th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Patricio FC. Osvaldinho do Nascimento made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Wágner Borges sent off a good shot on target. Osvaldinho do Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Linhares in the 97th minute of the match. Patricio FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
