Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edu Figueiredo kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, one of Cabiuna FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 6th minute there was a penalty for Marema. Donatello Magalhães stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Paulão de Carvalho. 0-1. Tiaguinho Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Tiaguinho Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovani Neiva in the 14th minute of play. Hortêncio Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Geovani Neiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cabiuna FC's Paulão de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliézer Penha in the 21st minute of play. Paulão de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edu Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Eliézer Penha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulão de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cabiuna FC's Paulão de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Figueiredo in the 24th minute of play. Anísio Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Paulão de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiaguinho Furtado made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Cacá Gaúcho sent off a good shot on target. Paulão de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edu Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Marema's Eliézer Penha got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Marema were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Cacá Gaúcho made the kick off in the second half. If Cacá Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiaguinho Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá Gaúcho in the 68th minute of play. Marema's Tiaguinho Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá Gaúcho in the 70th minute of play. Paulão de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Figueiredo in the 74th minute of the match. Cacá Gaúcho scored 1-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiaguinho Furtado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Edu Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marema's supporters rose to their feet, but Edu Figueiredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulão de Carvalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute, Cacá Gaúcho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Edu Figueiredo took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Paulão de Carvalho to make any attempt to save it. Eliézer Penha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Paulão de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 minutes, Vladimir Pinheiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cabiuna FC and the Marema players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Marema booed when Cabiuna FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimir Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Marema had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
