The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wanderson Costa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wanderson Prestes went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ulisses Paraíba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Wanderson Costa made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wanderson Prestes in the 17th minute of play forced Cahen FC's goalkeeper Wanderson Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute of the match Mingu SS got a corner. Cahen FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gabriel Veloso ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gabriel Veloso almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cahen FC's Wanderson Costa did a great save. After 24 minutes of play, Cahen FC's Luiz Paulo Schmidt made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Trancoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wanderson Costa had great luck who in the 30thth minute grab hold of the ball when Wanderson Prestes from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The supporters of Mingu SS booed when Cahen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edu Pernambucano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulisses Paraíba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gláuber Cabral struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Narciso Trancoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cahen FC.

After 53 minutes of play, Cahen FC's Gabriel de Queirós made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Trancoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Ulisses Paraíba came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Mingu SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulisses Paraíba couldn't finish the play. Wanderson Prestes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Wanderson Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel de Queirós's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Narciso Trancoso firmly grabbed it by the left post. Narciso Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Paulo Schmidt in the 64th minute of the match. When Luiz Paulo Schmidt came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Cahen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Paulo Schmidt couldn't finish the play. Igor Sena hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute Wanderson Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wanderson Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mingu SS's Ulisses Paraíba got a free kick in the 85th minute. If Gabriel de Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Paulo Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Trancoso having to interfere. In the 95th play minute Gabriel de Queirós came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Narciso Trancoso. 2-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cahen FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
