Macahubas's Dé Rezende got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celsinho Leite in the 21st minute of play forced Pindobassu's goalkeeper Walmir Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walmir Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celsinho Leite in the 22nd minute of play. 0-1 became the score in the 28th minute when Celsinho Leite elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Celsinho Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rogério Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delfim Amorim in the 38th minute of the match. When Felippe Rodrigues fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pindobassu's protests and gave Felippe Rodrigues a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes Pindobassu got a freekick which was hit by Felippe Rodrigues. If Celsinho Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Delfim Amorim to strike the kick off in the second half. Macahubas's Rogério Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delfim Amorim in the 63rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adhemar Montenegro during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pindobassu getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Adhemar Montenegro hit a great ball. Delfim Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 72 in the game by Dé Rezende from a close distance when the talented Walmir Seco managed to make a qualified save. Pindobassu's players were relieved. Dé Rezende struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Walmir Seco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Macahubas. 83 minutes into the match, Macahubas's Celsinho Leite sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walmir Seco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 86 minutes into the game, Delfim Amorim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rogério Moreno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Macahubas's Rogério Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delfim Amorim in the 94th minute of play. Adhemar Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogério Moreno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
