Evaristo Quaresma came out of the goal and Franklin Mesquita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Walmyr Mumbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tupiracaba FC's Walmyr Mumbach got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Iequiri getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. André Abraão hit a great ball. Tupiracaba FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Ulisses Varela scored to the left of an out of position Gláuber Matorin, making the score, 1-0. Evaristo Quaresma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Mesquita in the 34th minute of play. Ulisses Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Gláuber Matorin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Tiago Gabriel Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Walmyr Mumbach to strike the kick off in the second half. André Abraão's late challenge caught a Tupiracaba FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. André Abraão helped the player get up and apologised. After 84 played minutes Iequiri got a freekick which was hit by André Abraão. In the 85th minute, Walmyr Mumbach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Tupiracaba FC's Walmyr Mumbach sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evaristo Quaresma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Evaristo Quaresma was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Walmyr Mumbach showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 93 minute of play. Tiago Gabriel Abreu was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tupiracaba FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
