Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Geovanni Cavalcante kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Reis in the 4th minute of play forced Jaguariaiva's goalkeeper Fred Vieira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romário Leite hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Jaguariaiva's zone, Luiz Guilherme Mazza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Vieira came out of the goal and Luiz Guilherme Mazza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Guilherme Mazza in the 9th minute of play forced Jaguariaiva's goalkeeper Fred Vieira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Geovanni Cavalcante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jaguariaiva's supporters rose to their feet, but Geovanni Cavalcante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Eduardo Mesquita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Juruaia's Luiz Guilherme Mazza in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jaguariaiva's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute, Bernardinho Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Guilherme Mazza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Vieira having to interfere. Hermínio Vieira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Eduardo Mesquita having to make a save. Hermínio Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Eduardo Mesquita having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Juruaia's Douglas Quintal got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Jaguariaiva's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Quintal came free, but Fred Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermínio Vieira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Eduardo Mesquita read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Juruaia got a freekick which was hit by David Reis. Fred Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauan Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Jaguariaiva's goal looked a bit too open when Kauan Chaves came free, but Fred Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Luiz Guilherme Mazza made a precise shot to the right of Fred Vieira. Jaguariaiva's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Jaguariaiva's zone, Kauan Chaves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Vieira came out of the goal and Kauan Chaves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jaguariaiva fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! Lauro Pena shot the penalty kick right outside the post.

In the 56th match minute, Juruaia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Quintal to maneuver through the defense. If Hermínio Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Eduardo Mesquita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermínio Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 72 minutes, João Vítor Rosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jaguariaiva and the Juruaia players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Luiz Guilherme Mazza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fred Vieira. That made the score 0-2 in the 77 minute of play. Kauan Chaves kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. When Hermínio Vieira came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Jaguariaiva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermínio Vieira couldn't finish the play. Carlos Eduardo Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovanni Cavalcante in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, Juruaia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Reis to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Guilherme Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Fred Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Juruaia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jaguariaiva.
