Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Júlio Valladares kicked off to start the match. If Jacinto Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Massa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Valladares in the 5th minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Piracaua got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme Quaresma. Benjamin Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Valladares in the 17th minute of play. Júlio Valladares had several of the Piracaua's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Benjamin Massa as he didn't even see the shot coming. Filipe de Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Caetite EC's Lúcio Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Melo in the 31st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Caetite EC's zone, Valdo de Queiroz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lúcio Correia came out of the goal and Valdo de Queiroz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 34 minutes, Luís Gustavo Trigo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caetite EC and the Piracaua players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, Luís Gustavo Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Valdo de Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Júlio Valladares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Massa having to interfere. Filipe de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Massa having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Valdo de Queiroz made the kick off in the second half. Claudinho Viana took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lúcio Correia. Caetite EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 55th minute, Telmo Ramalho sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Caetite EC's Lúcio Correia didn't even have to move. Filipe de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Júlio Valladares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Júlio Valladares might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Massa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Júlio Valladares ran back to his position shaking his head. After 72 minutes, Cícero Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piracaua and the Caetite EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Filipe de Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Benjamin Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Valladares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Valladares in the 82nd minute of play. Jacinto Melo took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lúcio Correia. Lúcio Correia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. A collision led to Piracaua getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Adolfo Tinoco hit a great ball.
