Josué Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Brito in the 4th minute of play. Sandro de Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizinho de Godoy having to interfere. Nestor Chaves scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luizinho de Godoy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bismarck AD's Luizinho de Godoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Chaves in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Chaves in the 21st minute of play forced Bismarck AD's goalkeeper Luizinho de Godoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Leonardo Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luizinho de Godoy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Rodrigues went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute of the match Eugênio Simões shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luizinho de Godoy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Mathias Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eugênio Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nestor Chaves to make the kick off. When Eugênio Simões fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mutuns SS's protests and gave Eugênio Simões a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Mutuns SS's Eugênio Simões got a free kick in the 54th minute. Mutuns SS's Nestor Chaves was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 60th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Mutuns SS's Nestor Chaves in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bismarck AD's goalie prevented a goal. 64 minutes into the match, Leonardo Rodrigues had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luizinho de Godoy. Bismarck AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonardo Rodrigues was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 76 minutes into the match, Bismarck AD's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Chaves came free, but Luizinho de Godoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nestor Chaves in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luizinho de Godoy saved Bismarck AD from getting behind. If Nestor Chaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nestor Chaves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizinho de Godoy having to interfere. Luizinho de Godoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Chaves in the 84th minute of the match. After 86 minutes, Nestor Chaves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mutuns SS and the Bismarck AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nestor Chaves hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bismarck AD's zone, Leonardo Rodrigues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luizinho de Godoy came out of the goal and Leonardo Rodrigues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Mutuns SS's Leonardo Rodrigues sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luizinho de Godoy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over Mutuns SS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bismarck AD throughout the match.
