Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dito Teixeira took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Vangloria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmo da Mata to maneuver through the defense. Armindo Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Kléber Sarmento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Magalhães having to interfere. In the 13th minute Dito Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Capoeirinha SS's Kléber Sarmento got control of the ball when Dadá Braga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yuri Ferraz struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Kléber Sarmento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vangloria. Dadá Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Ferraz in the 25th minute of play forced Capoeirinha SS's goalkeeper Kléber Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vangloria's zone, Nicolas Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Magalhães came out of the goal and Nicolas Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Dito Teixeira came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Capoeirinha SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dito Teixeira couldn't finish the play. Ricardo Magalhães didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dito Teixeira went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Yuri Ferraz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vangloria's supporters rose to their feet, but Yuri Ferraz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kléber Sarmento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dadá Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kléber Sarmento having to interfere. Yuri Ferraz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kléber Sarmento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Capoeirinha SS were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

53 minutes into the game, Vangloria's Dadá Braga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kléber Sarmento made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 58th minute, Nicolas Almeida left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capoeirinha SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Nicolas Almeida was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. Capoeirinha SS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in Capoeirinha SS's zone, Dadá Braga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kléber Sarmento came out of the goal and Dadá Braga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Ferraz in the 72nd minute of play forced Capoeirinha SS's goalkeeper Kléber Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Capoeirinha SS's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Ferraz came free, but Kléber Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dito Teixeira during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Capoeirinha SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dito Teixeira to maneuver through the defense. Yuri Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kléber Sarmento having to interfere. Guilherme Gomes hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. If Nicolas Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yuri Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kléber Sarmento having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Armindo Linhares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vangloria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capoeirinha SS the free kick. Ricardo Magalhães was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Dito Teixeira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dito Teixeira really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Capoeirinha SS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
