Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Manoel Marques took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serginho de Toledo got free with Andrézinho de Queirós in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andrézinho de Queirós stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manoel Marques's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Serginho de Toledos short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Andrézinho de Queirós to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Andrézinho de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manoel Marques in the 9th minute of play. Vicente Paes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Pena in the 14th minute of play. Manoel Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Andrézinho de Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 21 minutes, Fausto Maciel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palhal FC and the Praca FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When João Augusto Diniz fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Praca FC's protests and gave João Augusto Diniz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Praca FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. João Augusto Diniz hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Franklin Pena made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Manoel Marques made a precise shot to the right of Andrézinho de Queirós. Palhal FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. If Franklin Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Praca FC's Vicente Paes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Praca FC from getting a goal against them. Franklin Pena struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Vicente Paes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palhal FC. After having played for 67 minutes, Manoel Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Praca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manoel Marques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Manoel Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franklin Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Alberto Fantini hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. When Téo Cabral came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Praca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Téo Cabral couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Serginho de Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Praca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Serginho de Toledo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrézinho de Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute, Serginho de Toledo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrézinho de Queirós was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
