The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inácio Carioca to strike the kick off in the second half. Joel Miranda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Ademar Cearense when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Inácio Carioca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Douglas da Silva was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Douglas da Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inácio Carioca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the match, Tarame AD's goal looked a bit too open when Dida Prado came free, but Douglas da Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas da Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dida Prado, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Dida Prado notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tarame AD's Douglas da Silva. Douglas da Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Douglas da Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dida Prado in the 92nd minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
