Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luís Fernando Quintal kicked off to start the match. If Jean Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brinco EC's Evaristo Queiroz got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valdo Alagoano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Emerson Chaves when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jean Oliveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Laginha's Valdo Alagoano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emerson Chaves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emerson da Mata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fernando Quintal, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 40th minute, Valdo Alagoano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laginha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Evaristo Queiroz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emerson da Mata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Emerson Chaves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jean Oliveira's shot from short distance in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Jean Oliveira made the kick off in the second half. Francisco Lopez tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Emerson Chaves. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-0 in the 51st minute. Valdo Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Chaves having to interfere. Igor do Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Igor do Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laginha's Guto Dias couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Brinco EC. After 67 played minutes Laginha got a freekick which was hit by Zé Carlos Velloso. After 70 minutes, Willian Cerezo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brinco EC and the Laginha players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Brinco EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willian Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Laginha's Jean Oliveira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emerson Chaves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Laginha getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Vitório Lima hit a great ball. Evaristo Queiroz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Emerson da Mata made a huge save. 91 minutes into the game, one of Laginha:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 96th minute Vitório Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
