Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Filipe Moreira took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Isaltino Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 5 minutes into the match, Marabitanas AD's Filipe Moreira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Telmo Trigo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Romário Monteiro came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Marabitanas AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romário Monteiro couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute of the match, Filipe Moreira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Telmo Trigo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Romário Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cléberson Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaltino Neiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Cléberson Catarinense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renatinho Mendonça's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, Nudrin SC's Gildo Duarte got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Nilmar de Souza, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Filipe Moreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Telmo Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Moreira in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Moreira in the 31st minute of play forced Nudrin SC's goalkeeper Telmo Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th match minute, Nudrin SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessandro Vieira to maneuver through the defense. Marabitanas AD's Filipe Moreira got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Renatinho Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guilherme de Andrade during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Guilherme de Andrade hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the match, Marabitanas AD's Nilmar de Souza broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The audience was convinced that Filipe Moreira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Telmo Trigo was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Renatinho Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cléberson Catarinense having to interfere. The supporters of Nudrin SC booed when Marabitanas AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráuzio Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan de Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Telmo Trigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romário Monteiro went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The long shot by João Francisco Valladares in the 77th minute really tested Cléberson Catarinense's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 79 minutes into the match, Marabitanas AD's goalkeeper Cléberson Catarinense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renatinho Mendonça. Filipe Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute Filipe Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telmo Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
