Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kauan Cunha started the match with the kick off. Belchior Quaresma who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of José Pedro Medeiros when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Antônio Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geraldo Tinoco hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The supporters of Itapixuna booed when Anacory SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Roberto Guerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kauan Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Belchior Quaresma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. José Pedro Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Belchior Quaresma got free with José Pedro Medeiros in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the game, Deivid Arantes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anacory SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itapixuna the free kick. Deivid Arantes kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Anacory SS's Antônio Maciel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Pedro Medeiros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Itapixuna's José Pedro Medeiros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Itapixuna from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Anacory SS's zone, Genílson Motta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raí Vides came out of the goal and Genílson Motta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Genílson Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itapixuna's supporters rose to their feet, but Genílson Motta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raí Vides breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antônio Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. José Pedro Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

53 minutes into the match, Antônio Maciel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Pedro Medeiros. Itapixuna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antônio Maciel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After some careless play in the Anacory SS defense, Genílson Motta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raí Vides. The Anacory SS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raí Vides should have stopped the shot. After 67 minutes, Antônio Maciel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anacory SS and the Itapixuna players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Kauan Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 minutes, Cesinha Cardozo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itapixuna and the Anacory SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 71 played minutes Itapixuna got a freekick which was hit by Cesinha Cardozo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antônio Maciel in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Pedro Medeiros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute, Emanuel Alagoano sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Anacory SS's Raí Vides didn't even have to move. Paulo Renato Travassos's late challenge caught a Itapixuna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Renato Travassos helped the player get up and apologised. Genílson Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Raí Vides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antônio Maciel struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. José Pedro Medeiros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anacory SS. Adalberto Negri hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Anacory SS's Lúcio Ferreira couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 94th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Itapixuna. Genílson Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raí Vides having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
