Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dedê dos Santos took the kick off in the first half of the match. Luizão Gerber stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wanderson de Senna's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. When Jano Sarmento fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coculo's protests and gave Jano Sarmento a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Coculo's Jano Sarmento got a free kick in the 8th minute. Reynaldo Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 13 played minutes Coculo got a freekick which was hit by Chicão Pitta. Wanderson de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Luizão Gerber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Coculo's goalkeeper Luizão Gerber had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reynaldo Brasil. Lauro Damião's late challenge caught a Altonia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lauro Damião helped the player get up and apologised. Lauro Damião kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Altonia's Silas Matos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Coculo. In the 21st minute, José Augusto Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Reynaldo Brasil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Coculo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wanderson de Senna fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Reynaldo Brasil came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Altonia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Brasil couldn't finish the play. Wanderson de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Luizão Gerber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luizão Gerber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Brasil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicolas Moreno's late challenge caught a Altonia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolas Moreno helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, one of Coculo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Coculo. Luizão Gerber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Brasil, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Altonia's Luisão Mesquita was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 42nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Luizão Gerber was a little too slow when Wanderson de Senna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wanderson de Senna to make the kick off. Reynaldo Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Augusto Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Reynaldo Brasil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizão Gerber having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Wanderson de Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luizão Gerber. Coculo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wanderson de Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The attack was good, but when Wanderson de Senna in the 66th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. José Augusto Zonta hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Luizão Gerber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wanderson de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dedê dos Santos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elias Munhoz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Coculo's zone, Reynaldo Brasil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luizão Gerber came out of the goal and Reynaldo Brasil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elias Munhoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedê dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Dedê dos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Elias Munhoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wanderson de Senna in the 90th minute of play forced Coculo's goalkeeper Luizão Gerber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Coculo's Luizão Gerber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wanderson de Senna in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Altonia booed when Coculo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chicão Pitta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Altonia's Reynaldo Brasil managed to work through Coculo's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Reynaldo Brasil dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in.
