Majuria's players were relieved. Hamílton Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Simão having to interfere. After 18 minutes of play, Guerreiros FC's Hamílton Neves made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zacarias Simão was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 26 minutes, Gugu Sarmento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guerreiros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gugu Sarmento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guerreiros FC's Gugu Sarmento was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 34th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Guerreiros FC's goal looked a bit too open when João Paulo Paes came free, but Jailson Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gugu Sarmento struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Zacarias Simão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guerreiros FC. After 42 played minutes Guerreiros FC got a freekick which was hit by Gugu Sarmento. Gugu Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Zacarias Simão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Paulo Paes to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Jonathan Diniz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Majuria and the Guerreiros FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Jonathan Diniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gustavo Cabral fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guerreiros FC's protests and gave Gustavo Cabral a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 minutes, Gugu Sarmento made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Majuria's Zacarias Simão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, Giuseppe Freitas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guerreiros FC's Moisés Marquez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 59th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Majuria. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gugu Sarmento in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zacarias Simão saved Majuria from getting behind. Gugu Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Diniz hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the match, Guerreiros FC's Moisés Marquez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Gugu Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Majuria's Zacarias Simão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamílton Neves in the 80th minute of play. Jailson Ramalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernani Neves in the 82nd minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Ernani Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Majuria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernani Neves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Majuria's goal looked a bit too open when Gugu Sarmento came free, but Zacarias Simão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Guerreiros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamílton Neves to maneuver through the defense. If Gugu Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zacarias Simão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gugu Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guerreiros FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
