Tarcisio Guerra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 12 minutes into the match, Iguarassu's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Nogueira came free, but Tarcisio Guerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iguarassu's Tarcisio Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doni Diniz in the 13th minute of play. After a rather tough play, NEUTRINOS de PANKU's Tiaguinho Nascimento got a free kick in the 14th minute. When NEUTRINOS de PANKU's Carlos Nogueira in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. NEUTRINOS de PANKU's Sandro Alagoano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save NEUTRINOS de PANKU from getting a goal against them. After the first half NEUTRINOS de PANKU were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With an all-out effort, NEUTRINOS de PANKU's Tarcisio Guerra threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tostão Arruda, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tarcisio Guerra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vítor Seco in the 56th minute. Tarcisio Guerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão Arruda in the 58th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Vítor Seco could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Tarcisio Guerra however easily saved by the left post. 61 minutes into the match, Iguarassu's goalkeeper Tarcisio Guerra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tostão Arruda. Adalberto Botelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Tostão Arruda took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Tarcisio Guerra to make any attempt to save it. In the 72nd minute, one of NEUTRINOS de PANKU:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for NEUTRINOS de PANKU. In the 77th minute, NEUTRINOS de PANKU's Tiaguinho Nascimento ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tarcisio Guerra. Tarcisio Guerra yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Vítor Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiaguinho Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmílson Moreno hit a great ball. 88 minutes into the match, NEUTRINOS de PANKU's Vítor Seco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tarcisio Guerra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tiaguinho Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Tarcisio Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarcisio Guerra having to interfere. The Iguarassu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. NEUTRINOS de PANKU were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
