Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Danilo da Silveira started the match with the kick off. Fabiano Bittencourt struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Cássio Neto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Shox. Manoel de Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Cássio Neto made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Fabiano Bittencourt sent off a good shot on target. 13 minutes into the game, Fabiano Bittencourt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Cássio Neto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robinho Severo in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Fábio Valadares saved FC Shox from getting behind. When Edgard Loureiro came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the FC Shox fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Loureiro couldn't finish the play. After having played for 19 minutes, Fabiano Bittencourt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Shox's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabiano Bittencourt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Loureiro in the 23rd minute of play forced Carananduba FC's goalkeeper Cássio Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabiano Bittencourt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Cássio Neto made a huge save. When Natanael Vides fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carananduba FC's protests and gave Natanael Vides a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute, Natanael Vides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Loureiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Cássio Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC Shox booed when Carananduba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. César Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, FC Shox's Hélio Teixeira broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. FC Shox's Luiz Fábio Valadares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo da Silveira in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Edgard Loureiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cássio Neto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Rui Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Luiz Fábio Valadares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 57 played minutes Carananduba FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeu Moraes. In the 57th minute, Fabiano Bittencourt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Shox fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a rather tough play, Carananduba FC's Romeu Moraes got a free kick in the 61st minute. If Fabiano Bittencourt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Fábio Valadares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Carananduba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Bittencourt came free, but Cássio Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Bittencourt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cássio Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Loureiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Natanael Vides got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Natanael Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Carananduba FC's Cássio Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Bittencourt in the 77th minute of play. Fabiano Bittencourt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Carananduba FC's zone, Joaquim Catarinense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cássio Neto came out of the goal and Joaquim Catarinense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabiano Bittencourt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Cássio Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cássio Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Loureiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Váldson Gerber charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Váldson Gerber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Shox getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Váldson Gerber hit a great ball. Hílton Souza hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Fabiano Bittencourt might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cássio Neto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabiano Bittencourt ran back to his position shaking his head. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Shox fully deserved thier win.
