Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Flávio Rezende took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jairo de Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vânderson Galvão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Josué de Queirós during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Favelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josué de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Cabecinha's goal looked a bit too open when Flávio Rezende came free, but Samuel Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wágner Matorin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Samuel Marques. Cabecinha's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flávio Rezende in the 36th minute of play forced Cabecinha's goalkeeper Samuel Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vânderson Galvão might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo de Souza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vânderson Galvão ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Cabecinha booed when Favelas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Vítor Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute Chico Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flávio Rezende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Samuel Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fiori Veloso couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Favelas's José Vítor Pinho got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Fiori Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jairo de Souza came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Cabecinha's Reginaldo Severo. But to his dismay, Reginaldo Severo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Vânderson Galvão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chico Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Samuel Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flávio Rezende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Chico Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuel Marques didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 98th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
