Seixa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lúcio Salgado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Seixa's Váldson Valadares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agostinho do Nascimento narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Estacadinha AD's goal looked a bit too open when Váldson Valadares came free, but Agostinho do Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Seixa getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. João Paulo Félix hit a great ball.
