Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arlindo Paraíba got the match started through his kick off. Bombinhas's Christiano Barbosa got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiano Barbosa in the 9th minute of play forced Tupandi SC's goalkeeper Edinho Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arlindo Paraíba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edinho Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamílton Varela, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 20th minute Arlindo Paraíba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dráusio Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Cunha succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 24th playminute. 27 minutes into the match, Severino Cunha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dráusio Mattos. Bombinhas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severino Cunha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 30th play minute Severino Cunha came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dráusio Mattos. 3-1. 33 minutes into the match, Bombinhas's Christiano Barbosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edinho Leão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edinho Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfredo Félix in the 41st minute of the match. Bombinhas's Dráusio Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arlindo Paraíba in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Edinho Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christiano Barbosa in the 55th minute of play. Wilson Meira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edinho Leão came out and tried to block the shot, but Wilson Meira slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 60th minute. When Bombinhas's Hamílton Varela in 64 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Edinho Leão guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Severino Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bombinhas's Dráusio Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arlindo Paraíba in the 71st minute of play. Christiano Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 77 minutes into the game, when Joaquim das Neves put in a rough tackle. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bombinhas! The referee gave Tupandi SC a penalty, 79 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by César Zilles, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bombinhas's Dráusio Mattos. 4-2. Dráusio Mattos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bombinhas's goalkeeper Dráusio Mattos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 91 minutes, Arlindo Paraíba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tupandi SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arlindo Paraíba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
