After 8 minutes of play, Muller SC's Dênis Valadares made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciro Barbosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Álvaro Paranaense in the 11th minute of play forced Muller SC's goalkeeper Vladimir Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Sá in the 15th minute of play. Dênis Valadares might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciro Barbosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dênis Valadares ran back to his position shaking his head. Guilherme Brodel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Vladimir Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimir Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Álvaro Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Álvaro Paranaense had several of the Muller SC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Vladimir Alves as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Álvaro Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guilherme Brodel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Vladimir Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Álvaro Paranaense had several of the Muller SC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 35 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Vladimir Alves as he didn't even see the shot coming. Vladimir Alves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Álvaro Paranaense's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Isaltino Tasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, Bactéria's Carlinhos Bueno broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Vladimir Alves didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 45th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Álvaro Paranaense made the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Álvaro Paranaense sped through Muller SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vladimir Alves. Muller SC's Vladimir Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Álvaro Paranaense in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Bactéria's goalkeeper Ciro Barbosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dagoberto Sá. After 59 played minutes Bactéria got a freekick which was hit by João Adolfo Donato. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuno Cruz during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Muller SC booed when Bactéria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dênis Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Barbosa having to interfere. The supporters of Muller SC booed when Bactéria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Coutinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guilherme Brodel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Vladimir Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Álvaro Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 81st minute, Guilherme Brodel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimir Alves was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Álvaro Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Álvaro Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Muller SC's Dênis Valadares in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bactéria's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Bactéria defense, Dênis Valadares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciro Barbosa. The Bactéria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciro Barbosa should have stopped the shot. Bactéria's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
