Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Durval Miranda started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Durval Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Cléberson Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 5 minutes, Luciano Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corinthians's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Cerezo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Luciano Cerezo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cléberson Lago was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. When Durval Miranda came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Corinthians fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durval Miranda couldn't finish the play. Cléberson Lago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adelino Andrade's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Gino Saraiva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corinthians's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muruja SS the free kick. Gino Saraiva kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Corinthians's Adelino Andrade got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 15 minutes of play, Corinthians's Adelino Andrade made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cléberson Lago was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Adelino Andrade's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cléberson Lago was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Ismael de Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Leme in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Adelino Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corinthians's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muruja SS the free kick. A collision led to Corinthians getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Adelino Andrade hit a great ball. Bruno Cabral hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Corinthians's Maicon Domingues was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cléberson Lago in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cléberson Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basílio Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Adelino Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cléberson Lago having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 67thth minute of the game Jefferson Bastos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Muruja SS's Cléberson Lago was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 69th minute, Paulo Pimenta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 69 minutes, Luciano Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corinthians's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Cerezo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luciano Cerezo scored 0-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cléberson Lago, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th minute, Donato de Sena made a precise shot to the right of Ismael de Barros. Corinthians's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Adelino Andrade did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Cléberson Lago 87 minutes into the match. Cléberson Lago made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Luciano Cerezo sent off a good shot on target. 92 minutes into the match, Adelino Andrade dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cléberson Lago, 1-5. 96 minutes into the game, Muruja SS's Donato de Sena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ismael de Barros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5.
