The supporters of Caramuru booed when Tuina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kauan de Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jairo Tasso charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jairo Tasso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tuina FC's Jairo Tasso got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tuina FC's goalkeeper Eriberto das Neves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joélson Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caramuru's Nilson Prestes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 45th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Eriberto das Neves but with some difficulty. Joélson Messias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basílio Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Claudinho Toscano made the kick off in the second half. Abel Arósio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Kauan de Medeiros who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Joélson Messias when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Claudinho Toscano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eriberto das Neves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Caramuru's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Kauan de Medeiros 70 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Sidney Coelho hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Caramuru's Abel Arósio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto das Neves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eriberto das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Toscano in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Marcelinho de Souza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The referee ignored Caramuru's protests and gave Clóvis Arruda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd minute, Clóvis Arruda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcinho Queirós hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 100th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caramuru's goalkeeper Joélson Messias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tuina FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
