Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Léo Montenegro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alessandro Ramalho went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Faustão Faustino's late challenge caught a Inambu SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faustão Faustino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, one of Pyrenopolis FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pyrenopolis FC. In the 15th minute there was a penalty for Inambu SS. Mauro Tasso stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Léo Montenegro. 0-2. The audience was convinced that Ulisses Baptista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Léo Montenegro was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulisses Baptista in the 21st minute of play forced Pyrenopolis FC's goalkeeper Léo Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pyrenopolis FC's Léo Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulisses Baptista in the 22nd minute of play. If Alessandro Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulisses Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pyrenopolis FC's zone, Alessandro Ramalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Léo Montenegro came out of the goal and Alessandro Ramalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Duda Hames kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Léo Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Ramalho in the 35th minute of play. Nelson Ramalho struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Dudu Bezerra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pyrenopolis FC. After having played for 46 minutes, Ulisses Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inambu SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulisses Baptista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ricardo Costa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Ricardo Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Pyrenopolis FC's Léo Montenegro got control of the ball when Ulisses Baptista tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tales Castro hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Pyrenopolis FC's Léo Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Ramalho in the 58th minute of play. With his leg Léo Montenegro managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Inambu SS's Ulisses Baptista fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Duda Hames kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Léo Montenegro came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Inambu SS's Ulisses Baptista. But to his dismay, Ulisses Baptista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Alessandro Ramalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léo Montenegro having to interfere. Inambu SS's Ulisses Baptista got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 83 minutes into the game, Alessandro Ramalho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Léo Montenegro. Alessandro Ramalho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 92nd minute of the match, Alessandro Ramalho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Léo Montenegro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 96 minutes Pyrenopolis FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mauro Tasso who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that José Carlos Ferraz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Léo Montenegro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Inambu SS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Inambu SS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
