Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Raphael Souza got the match started through his kick off. After 4 played minutes, Muriae EC's Pedro Botelho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Márcio Carvalho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Muriae EC reached it. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Muriae EC's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Hermes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 9th minute, Ediberto Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute Marcus Secco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Hernani Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Márcio Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Geraldo Massa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute, one of Moema:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Moema. The goalkeeper, Márcio Carvalho, was totally fooled by Muriae EC's Kauan Velloso, who 20 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a rather tough play, Muriae EC's Ediberto Porto got a free kick in the 27th minute. Rafael Passos kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Moema's Márcio Carvalho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Moema from getting a goal against them. Rodolfo de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Hermes having to interfere. Tiaguinho Hermes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Secco in the 45th minute of play. When Moema's Marcus Secco in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Muriae EC's goalie prevented a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodolfo de Souza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ediberto Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Márcio Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Rodolfo de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geraldo Massa charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geraldo Massa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Moema getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Geraldo Massa hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Kauan Velloso sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Moema's Márcio Carvalho didn't even have to move. Raphael Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio Carvalho having to interfere. Marcus Secco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Tiaguinho Hermes made a huge save. After having played for 84 minutes, Hernani Varela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Muriae EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hernani Varela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Raí Pombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moema's Márcio Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raphael Souza in the 89th minute of play. Hernani Varela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio Carvalho having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Muriae EC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Moema had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
