Zeca Arce yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 23rd minute of the match, Geovânio Neves got a very nice opportunity to score, but Zeca Arce was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luiz Fábio da Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caetano Nogueira having to interfere. Zeca Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovânio Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Limeirinha SS's Caetano Nogueira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Limeirinha SS from getting a goal against them. Zeca Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Velloso in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Limeirinha SS booed when Abobora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanni Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Ricardo Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Limeirinha SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Velloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geovânio Neves struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Zeca Arce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limeirinha SS. Geovânio Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Zeca Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
