Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Juvenal Vianna started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Muliterno getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Hortêncio Cavalcante hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Eduardo Quirino in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giovani Figueiredo saved Muliterno from getting behind. Luisinho Cardozo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hortêncio Cavalcante charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hortêncio Cavalcante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Muliterno's Hortêncio Cavalcante got a free kick in the 8th minute. Luisinho Cardozo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Luís Eduardo Quirino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Muliterno getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Hortêncio Cavalcante hit a great ball. Giovani Figueiredo came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Florescencia SS's Luís Eduardo Quirino. But to his dismay, Luís Eduardo Quirino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 26th minute Juvenal Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doni Garcia was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the game, one of Florescencia SS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Paulo Machado, was totally fooled by Muliterno's José Maria Mattos, who 29 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Miguel Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Machado having to interfere. Juvenal Vianna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Corrêa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Paulo Machado made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Florescencia SS's zone, Miguel Corrêa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Machado came out of the goal and Miguel Corrêa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juvenal Vianna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Machado having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Muliterno's Miguel Corrêa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Machado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juvenal Vianna in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Machado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After having played for 54 minutes, Juvenal Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Muliterno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juvenal Vianna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Corrêa got in the 58th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Paulo Machado handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Luís Eduardo Quirino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Juvenal Vianna fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Muliterno's protests and gave Juvenal Vianna a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes Muliterno got a freekick which was hit by Juvenal Vianna. Juvenal Vianna might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Machado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juvenal Vianna ran back to his position shaking his head. Luís Eduardo Quirino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd match minute, Muliterno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Vale to maneuver through the defense. Deivid Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovani Figueiredo having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Muliterno's Miguel Corrêa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Machado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paulo Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juvenal Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juvenal Vianna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Machado having to interfere. Miguel Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Décio Coutinho's late challenge caught a Muliterno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Décio Coutinho helped the player get up and apologised. Décio Coutinho hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Juvenal Vianna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
