Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Caio Valadares started the match with the kick off. Fabiano Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Fabiano Vale took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Alberto Peres. Carlos Alberto Peres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 15th minute, Fabiano Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juvenal Vianna in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Alberto Peres saved Athletico Paranauense from getting behind. Caio Valadares struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Giovani Figueiredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Athletico Paranauense. Giovani Figueiredo was a little too slow when Hamílton Soares got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 2-1. 24 minutes into the match, Muliterno's goal looked a bit too open when Caio Valadares came free, but Giovani Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Giovani Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giovani Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio Valadares in the 37th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Muliterno's zone, Caio Valadares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giovani Figueiredo came out of the goal and Caio Valadares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 48 minutes into the match, Athletico Paranauense's goal looked a bit too open when Juvenal Vianna came free, but Carlos Alberto Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juvenal Vianna to strike the kick off in the second half. Caio Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Giovani Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Caio Valadares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabiano Pombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Muliterno's goalkeeper Giovani Figueiredo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Cauan Azevedo fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Athletico Paranauense's protests and gave Cauan Azevedo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Athletico Paranauense getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Cauan Azevedo hit a great ball. With a little luck, Athletico Paranauense's Carlos Alberto Peres got control of the ball when Miguel Corrêa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Caio Valadares notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Muliterno's Giovani Figueiredo. Giovani Figueiredo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Muliterno defense, Caio Valadares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giovani Figueiredo. The Muliterno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giovani Figueiredo should have stopped the shot. After 80 played minutes, Athletico Paranauense's Enéas Camargo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Giovani Figueiredo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Athletico Paranauense reached it. After some careless play in the Athletico Paranauense defense, Hortêncio Cavalcante kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Alberto Peres. The Athletico Paranauense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Alberto Peres should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute Jaime Alagoano suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Amadeu Palmeira fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Muliterno's protests and gave Amadeu Palmeira a yellow card for diving instead. Athletico Paranauense's João Francisco Melo was substituted for Jaime Alagoano. The supporters of Athletico Paranauense booed when Muliterno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeu Palmeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Caio Valadares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Athletico Paranauense's supporters rose to their feet, but Caio Valadares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giovani Figueiredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 93 minutes, Fabiano Pombal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Athletico Paranauense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabiano Pombal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caio Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Giovani Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Athletico Paranauense players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
