Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Quandu booed when Indai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcinho Mazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute of the match Silvinho Mandrak sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gonçalo Batista skillfully saved the ball. Júlio Freire received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Chico Brito came out and tried to block the shot, but Júlio Freire slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Indai's zone, Agostinho de Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonçalo Batista came out of the goal and Agostinho de Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Wilson Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Silvinho Mandrak's late challenge caught a Indai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvinho Mandrak helped the player get up and apologised. After 24 played minutes Quandu got a freekick which was hit by Silvinho Mandrak. Júlio Freire struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Chico Brito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Indai. Gonçalo Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 minutes, Marcinho Mazza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Indai and the Quandu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chico Brito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilson Furtado in the 36th minute. If Wilson Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Chico Brito managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Indai's Júlio Freire fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Júlio Freire made a kick off. Silvinho Mandrak hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Wilson Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Chico Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th match minute, Quandu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauã Martins to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Quandu getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Arnaldo Teles hit a great ball. Indai's José Maria dos Santos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 58th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Quandu. Chico Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilson Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gilberto Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Quandu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Garcia couldn't finish the play. Júlio Freire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Brito having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Furtado in the 77th minute of play forced Quandu's goalkeeper Chico Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 minutes, Cauã Martins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quandu and the Indai players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cauã Martins hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After 81 minutes of play Indai's Marcinho Mazza was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Indai's Marcinho Mazza got a free kick in the 81st minute. 86 minutes into the match, Indai's Júlio Freire sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chico Brito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Wilson Furtado came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Indai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson Furtado couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute, Júlio Freire got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Acácio Martins fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Indai's protests and gave Acácio Martins a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Quandu booed when Indai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Acácio Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. Indai walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
