Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Batuque FC's Gabriel Coutinho started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Virgílio Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Montenegro having to interfere. Valdomiro Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinaldo de Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Coutinho in the 12th minute of play forced Diademons FC's goalkeeper Evaristo Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Gabriel Coutinho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Vitinho Carvalho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Evaristo Andrade when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Valdomiro Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgílio Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Diademons FC's Reinaldo de Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdomiro Montenegro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Reinaldo de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Vitinho Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the game, João Francisco Netto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diademons FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Batuque FC the free kick. After 33 played minutes Diademons FC got a freekick which was hit by João Francisco Netto. Virgílio Sena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdomiro Montenegro having to make a save. Reinaldo de Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Batuque FC's Valdomiro Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo de Godoi in the 46th minute of play. Virgílio Sena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdomiro Montenegro having to make a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reinaldo de Godoi to make the kick off. Virgílio Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th match minute, Batuque FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Augusto Paes to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the match, Batuque FC's goalkeeper Valdomiro Montenegro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgílio Sena. Osvaldinho de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Batuque FC's Valdomiro Montenegro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Batuque FC from getting a goal against them. Sérgio Sampaio's late challenge caught a Diademons FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sérgio Sampaio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Batuque FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. José Augusto Paes hit a great ball. Valdomiro Montenegro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Reinaldo de Godoi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 69 minute of play. Valdomiro Montenegro came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Diademons FC's Virgílio Sena. But to his dismay, Virgílio Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Evaristo Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitinho Carvalho in the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Vitinho Carvalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reinaldo de Godoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maurinho Pirani was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 83 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 83rd minute of the game. One of Batuque FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Diademons FC:s goal. In the 86th minute there was a penalty for Diademons FC. Hélder Favoretto stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Valdomiro Montenegro. 0-4. Reinaldo de Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgílio Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Valdomiro Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdomiro Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaldo de Godoi in the 95th minute of the match. Virgílio Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 101st minute, Sérgio Sampaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Batuque FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sérgio Sampaio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Andrade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Diademons FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Batuque FC throughout the match.
