Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hortêncio Montenegro got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Seabra's Tadeu da Mata got a free kick in the 9th minute. Raphael Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raphael Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes Seabra got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Costa. Hortêncio Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Nicolas Zanette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cesinha Paulista charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cesinha Paulista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute, Cesinha Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Válbson Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibúrcio Urbano having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Kiko de Brito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Itapecoa AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seabra the free kick. After 27 played minutes Itapecoa AD got a freekick which was hit by Kiko de Brito. After 29 minutes of play Itapecoa AD's Kiko de Brito was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Seabra booed when Itapecoa AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kiko de Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Pedrinho Mello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolas Zanette. Itapecoa AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedrinho Mello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The wind increased when Benedito da Silva made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hortêncio Montenegro in the 57th minute of play forced Itapecoa AD's goalkeeper Nicolas Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Zé Carlos Esteves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seabra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itapecoa AD the free kick. Válbson Machado missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 65 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Tibúrcio Urbano right hand side. 69 minutes into the match, Seabra's Pedrinho Mello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolas Zanette narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Benedito da Silva came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Itapecoa AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedito da Silva couldn't finish the play. After 74 played minutes, Seabra's Waldir Miranda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nicolas Zanette came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Seabra reached it. In the 75th minute, Válbson Machado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hortêncio Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Zanette having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Mello in the 77th minute of play forced Itapecoa AD's goalkeeper Nicolas Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolas Zanette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hortêncio Montenegro in the 79th minute of play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Seabra's goalkeeper Tibúrcio Urbano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Itapecoa AD's zone, Pedrinho Mello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Zanette came out of the goal and Pedrinho Mello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
