Osmar Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Ribeiro in the 3rd minute of the match. Osmar Matos made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Genílson Faustino sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Maracai getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Celso Montenegro hit a great ball. Cícero Moura took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kiko Marques. Maracai's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cícero Moura in the 8th minute of play forced Maracai's goalkeeper Kiko Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maracai's Kiko Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hílton Marquez in the 9th minute of play. Cícero Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12thth minute of the game Giovani Massa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maracai's Kiko Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cícero Moura in the 16th minute of play forced Maracai's goalkeeper Kiko Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Jean do Nascimento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kiko Marques. Maracai's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jean do Nascimento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Caboclos AD booed when Maracai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jean do Nascimento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kiko Marques having to make a save. Cícero Moura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kiko Marques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Osmar Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Caboclos AD's Cícero Moura sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kiko Marques narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cícero Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kiko Marques having to interfere. Gláuber Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
Giovani Massa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Kiko Marques when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hílton Marquez got free with Kiko Marques in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Caboclos AD's Cícero Moura fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. With a little luck, Maracai's Kiko Marques got control of the ball when Giovani Massa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maracai's Kiko Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Maracai from getting a goal against them. Giovani Massas short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Kiko Marques to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hílton Marquez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Maracai getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Gláuber Gonçalves hit a great ball. In the 82nd match minute, Maracai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Matorin to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Maracai getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. César Ramos hit a great ball. Kiko Marques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giovani Massa in the 85th minute. Kiko Marques was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hílton Marquez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 87 minute of play. When Celso Montenegro fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maracai's protests and gave Celso Montenegro a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Caboclos AD a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cícero Moura, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Maracai's Kiko Marques. 0-5. A sloppy throw-in by Rodrigo Queirós in the 98th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Caboclos AD's Jean do Nascimento. Cícero Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Kiko Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caboclos AD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
