Nicolas Oliveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Nascimento hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The referee ignored Tupari SC's protests and gave Leopoldo Pimenta a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osmar Amaral got free with Nicolas Oliveira in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Osmar Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tupari SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Osmar Amaral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cléberson Fontes made a kick off. Leopoldo Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Nicolas Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cléberson Fontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. A collision led to Tupari SC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Celso de Alcântara hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osmar Amaral in the 75th minute of play forced Niquini FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolas Oliveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osmar Amaral's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Ulysses Cearense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisão Couto having to interfere. Tupari SC's Osmar Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Osmar Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicolas Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osmar Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the game, Giovani Cordeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tupari SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niquini FC the free kick. In the 95th match minute, Tupari SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovani Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. Niquini FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
