Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcelo Favoretto kicked off to start the match. Léo Gomes came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaipava FC's Cacá Chaves. But to his dismay, Cacá Chaves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 7th minute, Naldo Paes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gaivotas SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Léo Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá Chaves in the 12th minute of play. Gaivotas SS's Naldo Paes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Guaipava FC. Percival Schmidt struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Léo Gomes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guaipava FC. Percival Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léo Gomes having to interfere. Cacá Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Léo Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Léo Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Percival Schmidt in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Gaivotas SS's Naldo Paes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kléberson Reis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Favoretto in the 26th minute of play forced Guaipava FC's goalkeeper Kléberson Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Guaipava FC's Percival Schmidt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Léo Gomes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Cristiano Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Favoretto in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kléberson Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th match minute, Guaipava FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egídio Cearense to maneuver through the defense. When Naldo Paes, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 39 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Kléberson Reis was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Cacá Chaves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guaipava FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After the first half Guaipava FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cacá Chaves to strike the kick off in the second half. Léo Gomes was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Cacá Chaves capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cacá Chaves really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Percival Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Percival Schmidt struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Léo Gomes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guaipava FC. Percival Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 88 played minutes Cacá Chaves rounded Gaivotas SS's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-4. Aírton Botelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léo Gomes having to interfere. Marcelo Favoretto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Kléberson Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guaipava FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
