Cansancao's Pedrão Peixoto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto Vale in the 19th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandro Barbosa in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedrão Peixoto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sandrinho Miranda charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sandrinho Miranda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sandrinho Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Sport Club Uyran's Carlos Alberto Vale managed to work through Cansancao's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Carlos Alberto Vale dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Carlos Alberto Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrão Peixoto having to interfere. After the first half Sport Club Uyran were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlos Alberto Vale was the one to do the kick off. Carlos Alberto Vale received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedrão Peixoto came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlos Alberto Vale slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 54th minute. Pedrinho Salgado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Pedrão Peixoto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Carlos Alberto Vale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedrão Peixoto was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. 72 minutes into the game, Ricardinho Gaspar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 91st minute Carlos Alberto Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrão Peixoto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sport Club Uyran's goalkeeper Nico Donato, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jano Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
