Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Acácio Prado got the match started through his kick off. Rodrigo Dracena's late challenge caught a Quitumba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Dracena helped the player get up and apologised. 8 minutes into the match, Passabem's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Luís Trigo came free, but Nuno Souto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Quitumba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ademar Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. Acácio Prado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sílvio Luís Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Nuno Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Ediberto Braga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Souto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuno Souto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Trigo in the 42nd minute of the match. If Sílvio Luís Trigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ediberto Braga to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Quitumba defense, Marcus de Sena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Digo Ferraz. The Quitumba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Digo Ferraz should have stopped the shot. 56 minutes into the match, Ediberto Braga notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Passabem's Nuno Souto. Nuno Souto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th minute, Acácio Prado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Passabem fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After 68 played minutes Passabem got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Dracena. In the 71st match minute, Passabem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Dracena to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Edmílson Cavalcante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quitumba's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmílson Cavalcante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Souto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sílvio Luís Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Passabem booed when Quitumba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmílson Cavalcante didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th match minute, Passabem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaldo Gerber to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Passabem's Acácio Prado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Digo Ferraz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Quitumba's Abel Queirós got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Sílvio Luís Trigos short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Nuno Souto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
