Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edgar Senna kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute of the match Toninho Cosme shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vito de Lara showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Defuntos AD getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Elói Prata hit a great ball. Benjamim Quaresma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Vito de Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Elói Prata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vito de Lara made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Elias Quirino sent off a good shot on target. 23 minutes into the match, Tangua's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro Garcia came free, but Artur Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Elói Prata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vito de Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamim Quaresma in the 28th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Elias Quirino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tangua's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Quirino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vito de Lara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Artur Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álvaro Garcia in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Tangua getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Isaltino Moura hit a great ball. In the 35th minute of the match Raúl Valle shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Artur Bastos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Álvaro Garcia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artur Bastos having to make a save. Álvaro Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Bastos having to interfere. Edgar Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Bastos having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamim Quaresma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Defuntos AD's zone, Elias Quirino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vito de Lara came out of the goal and Elias Quirino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Álvaro Garcia in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Artur Bastos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Álvaro Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Artur Bastos made a huge save. If Edgar Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamim Quaresma in the 82nd minute of play forced Defuntos AD's goalkeeper Vito de Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Defuntos AD's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pedro Luiz Marinho was slow to take the kick. During this time Tangua's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Tangua's corner Pedro Luiz Marinho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vito de Lara quite easily take care of the ball. In the 87th minute, Edgar Senna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Defuntos AD's zone, Isaltino Moura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vito de Lara came out of the goal and Isaltino Moura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulo Renato Souza lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 93rd minute, one of Defuntos AD:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Defuntos AD. Tangua's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
