Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rômulo Vasconcelos kicked off to start the match. 9 minutes into the match, Paratudal's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Senna came free, but Elias Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10thth minute of the game Rômulo Vasconcelos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defuntos AD's Vito de Lara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Luisinho do Vale fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Defuntos AD's protests and gave Luisinho do Vale a yellow card for diving instead. Paulo Renato Souza hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Mathias Quaresma came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Paratudal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mathias Quaresma couldn't finish the play. After 22 played minutes Paratudal got a freekick which was hit by Acácio Veiga. If Álvaro Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th minute Edgar Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rômulo Vasconcelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Defuntos AD getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Jairo Melo hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Defuntos AD's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mathias Quaresma fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Acácio Veiga hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Edgar Senna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elias Massa was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Álvaro Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Massa having to interfere. Edgar Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Elias Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Paratudal's Mathias Quaresma got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vito de Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rômulo Vasconcelos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Defuntos AD's Vito de Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Quaresma in the 62nd minute of play. Mathias Quaresma took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vito de Lara. Vito de Lara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Paratudal getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Valdemar Coelho hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Defuntos AD's Raúl Valle got a free kick in the 67th minute. If Rômulo Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vito de Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rômulo Vasconcelos, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Elias Massa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Senna's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Acácio Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Lauro Dantas hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Raúl Valle's shot from long distance in the 82nd minute was not bad at all, but Paratudal's Elias Massa knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Álvaro Garcia took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elias Massa. Elias Massa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Edgar Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Álvaro Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Álvaro Garcia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Massa having to make a save. Elias Massa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Senna in the 95th minute of the match.
