Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Edvaldo Netto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Felipe Pontes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Taciua booed when Real Safira C.F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvarez Mediano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Real Safira C.F's Nixon Richard got a free kick in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Pontes in the 8th minute of play forced Real Safira C.F's goalkeeper Amauri Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Taciua's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Edvaldo Netto 15 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. The supporters of Taciua booed when Real Safira C.F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nixon Richard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Alvarez Mediano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adalberto Vinhas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norberto Britto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Fernandes having to interfere. In the 31st minute Nixon Richard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adalberto Vinhas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Luz hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 33 played minutes Taciua got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Luz. After a defensive mix-up in Taciua's zone, Edvaldo Netto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adalberto Vinhas came out of the goal and Edvaldo Netto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvarez Mediano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Adalberto Vinhas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adalberto Vinhas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvaldo Netto, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Nixon Richard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edvaldo Netto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adalberto Vinhas came out and tried to block the shot, but Edvaldo Netto slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 42nd minute. Amauri Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Pontes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Edvaldo Netto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Adalberto Vinhas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvarez Mediano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvarez Mediano in the 57th minute of play forced Taciua's goalkeeper Adalberto Vinhas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Edvaldo Netto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taciua's Orlando Luz got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 71st play minutes Edvaldo Netto shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Adalberto Vinhas and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvarez Mediano in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adalberto Vinhas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Felippe Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After 84 played minutes, Taciua's Pedro Luiz Sá shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amauri Fernandes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Taciua reached it. Adalberto Vinhas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvaldo Netto in the 87th minute of play. If Edvaldo Netto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adalberto Vinhas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvarez Mediano, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. There was no doubt that Real Safira C.F were the better team. Real Safira C.F's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
