In the 21st minute, João Adolfo Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cauan Carioca was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 27th minute Fred Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natanael Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Kiko Maciel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Ricardo's zone, Zé Prestes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cauan Carioca came out of the goal and Zé Prestes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Ricardo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after João Adolfo Gaspar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Zé Prestes scored 0-4 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cauan Carioca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, João Adolfo Gaspar managed to get in a good position for a shot.
