Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Toscano in the 3rd minute of play forced Ituxi's goalkeeper Guilherme Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Guilherme Gaúcho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nestor Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Guilherme Gaúcho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nestor Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilherme Gaúcho having to interfere. Maicon Cosme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilherme Gaúcho having to interfere. Ituxi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Nestor Toscano scored to the left of an out of position Guilherme Gaúcho, making the score, 1-0. When Maicon Cosme came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the CR Vila Xurupita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maicon Cosme couldn't finish the play. Nestor Toscano might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guilherme Gaúcho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nestor Toscano ran back to his position shaking his head. 36 minutes into the match, CR Vila Xurupita's Tostão Braga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guilherme Gaúcho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Ituxi's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nestor Toscano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Guilherme Gaúcho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nestor Toscano's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. If Maicon Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giovani Cardozo during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nestor Toscano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Otávio Cosme's late challenge caught a CR Vila Xurupita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Otávio Cosme helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Ituxi got a freekick which was hit by Otávio Cosme. Nestor Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilherme Gaúcho having to interfere. A collision led to Ituxi getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Otávio Cosme hit a great ball. After having played for 69 minutes, Maicon Cosme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CR Vila Xurupita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maicon Cosme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nestor Toscano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Otávio Cosme hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After having played for 92 minutes, Nestor Toscano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CR Vila Xurupita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Toscano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Otávio Cosme hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that CR Vila Xurupita were the better team. CR Vila Xurupita's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
