Magno de Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luiz Brodel in the 3rd minute of play. In the 7th minute José Vítor Linares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magno de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz Brodel, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Magno de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo de Carvalho in the 12th minute of the match. Magno de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Saraiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Oficinas FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Erasmo de Carvalho hit a great ball. In the 15th play minute Luiz Saraiva came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vânderson Eger. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luiz Brodel in the 19th minute of play forced Bertopolis's goalkeeper Magno de Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magno de Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luiz Brodel in the 20th minute of play. José Vítor Linares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Natã Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ronaldão Luz fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oficinas FC's protests and gave Ronaldão Luz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, one of Oficinas FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Oficinas FC. The referee gave Bertopolis a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marcus Cardozo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Oficinas FC's Vânderson Eger. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Vítor Linares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Luiz Saraiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vânderson Eger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Vítor Linares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Oficinas FC's José Vítor Linares ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Magno de Mendonça. Magno de Mendonça yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Vânderson Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Saraiva in the 74th minute of the match. Bertopolis's Magno de Mendonça proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Bertopolis from getting a goal against them. Magno de Mendonça didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from André Luiz Brodel went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Natã Vides fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vânderson Eger having to interfere. André Luiz Brodel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Magno de Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
